- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item;
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and retain their original packaging and tags;
- Returns will not be accepted for any quality issues caused by human use, washing, stains, or alterations;

- Please contact us via email at marianelamarte@moramosshome.com, stating the reason for the return and attaching your order number and relevant images (if applicable);
- We will respond to confirm your request within 2–3 business days;
- Once approved, please securely package the item and ship it back to the designated address;
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
- Refund Details
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method;
- The refund amount only covers the cost of the item, and shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable;
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs;
- For returns due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please complete the return process and place a new order.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If the item you received is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photos for verification. Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.
