- How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays). After shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can check the shipping status in real time.
- How long does shipping take?
This depends on the destination country and local postal conditions.
- Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible to request a modification or cancellation. Once an order enters the shipping process, it cannot be changed.
- What if the item I received is damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide your order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange a reshipment, refund, or other appropriate treatment based on the specific situation.
- How do I request a return or refund?
Please refer to our Return Policy. Generally, returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. The product must be in perfect, unused condition. After verification, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned product.
- Do you offer exchanges?
Direct exchanges are currently unavailable. If you require an exchange, please complete the return process and place a new order.
- Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries and regions. Shipping times and tariffs may vary depending on the destination, so please check local regulations before placing an order.
- Why hasn’t my package’s shipping information been updated?
Sometimes, shipping system updates may be delayed by 1–3 days, especially during holidays or peak season. If there is an extended period of inactivity, please contact us by email and we will assist in resolving the issue.
- How is shipping calculated?
Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on order weight, shipping region, and service method, and are clearly displayed at checkout.
